Communication!
In a professional context, social skills involve the ability to communicate well – internally and externally – with a view to a common goal. This includes addressing risks and issues openly, discussing them constructively, and remaining focused on the ultimate success of the project.
What we understand by social skills:
- Consistent alignment with customer requirements
In other words: listening carefully, understanding the requirements in detail – which includes questioning them – and constantly reconciling them with the results achieved - Regular coordination with everyone involved (with constant focus on end users)
